decent location, but some drawbacks
convenient location short walk parking service small toilet slow shower lack blankets
the location was convenient. pier 39 was only a short walk away (about 20 minutes). the facilities seemed good. they allowed us to leave our car parked while we visited alcatraz in the morning.
the toilet in the room was very small. the shower had slow water. there were not enough blankets, so i felt cold.

the staff honored my request for a view, which i appreciated! the room was very clean..
the heavy perfume in the lobby was too much. caza needs to rethink the fragrance they use. it overshadowed what could have been a good stay.

super stay close to the wharf!
fantastic location free coffee room cleanliness
The hotel location proved fantastic, placing me near fisherman's wharf. free coffee was such a treat. the room's cleanliness added so much to the experience. I appreciated the comfort.
I noticed coffee and hot water availability was limited. The hours were between 6 am and 10 am only. i would enjoy having it available at other times.

the staff was friendly, showing a willingness to assist with directions and offer recommendations, i found this level of attentiveness. they were always happy to help.

the hotel has amenities including a games area, i enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning as a very nice bonus. the inclusion of fast elevators made moving about easier.

The room provided a bright space that was clean, with views across the bay, i liked the fact the room received daily cleaning services. free postcards were available. This was a sweet touch.

i noticed the hotel offers a milk and cookie hour each night, this service can be a nice addition, especially for families with children. free drip coffee and tea are served in the morning.
